Returns & Refunds

We’re proud of the quality of our prodcuts, and we receive very few complaints.

However;

If you are ever unhappy with your OzVape product, or it is not performing as you think it should, you should contact us immediately and let us know.

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to provide you with 1 of the following:

  • A replacement (if in stock)
  • A refund after having returned the product to us for review
  • A refund without needing to return the product

The resolution provided will be judged on a case-by-case basis and you may be required to provide photos and any other information we request in order to reach a decision.
